You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By agreeing, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to distribute malware, spam users, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide scheduling services.
NEXTGEN SCHEDULER offers various subscription tiers. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are detailed on our pricing page and subject to change with 30 days notice.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after this period are evaluated case-by-case.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for mid-period cancellations.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Support is provided via email for all users. Premium plans include priority support with faster response times.
API access is subject to rate limits. Excessive usage may result in temporary throttling. Enterprise plans offer higher limits.
Some features may be in beta or early access. These are provided 'as-is' and may change or be discontinued without notice.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code is strictly prohibited. This includes automated scraping or data harvesting.
Each account is for individual use. Sharing credentials or reselling access violates these terms and may result in termination.
Sending unsolicited messages, harassment, or abusive content through the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Copying, reproducing, or distributing our branding, UI designs, or proprietary code without written permission is forbidden.
NEXTGEN SCHEDULER is provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, payment processors). We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXTGEN SCHEDULER regarding the Service.
